What you need
- Operating system
- Windows 10 or 11, or Windows Server 2019 and later
- QuickBooks
- QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier or Enterprise, installed on that machine
- Company file
- One company file per Orvanta QBD installation
- Access
- Administrator rights on the Windows machine for the initial install
- AI client
- Claude Desktop, or any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol
