Pricing questions
Before you ask
Is the read-only plan really free?
Yes, for one company file. It is the whole read surface, not a time-limited trial — we would rather you prove it works against your real books before paying for anything.
How is it licensed?
Per company file. If you run three entities, that is three installations and three licences. Multi-entity arrangements are priced together under the Enterprise plan.
Are there per-user or per-question charges?
No. The software runs on your machines, so there is no metering and no usage bill from us. Whatever your AI provider charges for the assistant itself is separate.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is hosted by us, so nothing is switched off remotely. You keep your data, your logs and your installation; you stop receiving updates and support, and write access lapses at the end of the term.
